1 cup of Good Company Kefir
1/2 cup of fresh strawberries1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
Sliced almonds (optional, for topping)
Begin by adding 1 cup of Kefir to a blender. Add a few ice cubes if you want your smoothie extra icy.
Toss in 1/2 cup of fresh strawberries and 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries.
Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of honey for natural sweetness.
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of chia seeds for added fibre and omega-3s.
Blend all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
If desired, top your gut-loving smoothie with sliced almonds for extra crunch and a dose of healthy fats.
Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy it's gut-nourishing goodness!
