This pistachio and berry kefir smoothie bowl makes a heavenly breakfast that’s packed with delicious nutrients to help you start the day the right way. The pistachios add a lovely crunchy touch, as well as a hit of protein, healthy fat and loads of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin K and potassium.

Recipe instructions

Ingredients

Smoothie:

200ml Good Company Natural Kefir
2tbsp porridge oats
1tsp runny honey

Topping:

25g raspberries
25g blueberries
25g pomegranate seeds
15g shelled pistachio, roughly chopped

Method

Step 1

Place the yoghurt, milk, raspberries, oats and honey in a blender and blitz for 30 seconds. Transfer the mixture into a bowl.

Step 2

Arrange the blueberries, pomegranate seeds and pistachios over the surface in whatever pattern you wish.

Step 3

Eat immediately!
